At Reliable Appliances and Parts, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our online customers. Please review the following guidelines to ensure the smooth delivery of your order.
Product Availability
- All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of delivery, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Delivery Timeframe
- Deliveries are estimated to be made within five (5) working days after your order is processed. Please note that this timeframe excludes Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery Details
Large Appliances
- Reliable Appliance Parts and Service Ltd. has divided Trinidad and Tobago into four delivery regions (Area 1 to Area 4), each with specific delivery charges.
- It is crucial that you select the region that accurately corresponds to your delivery address. We currently only deliver to addresses within Trinidad and Tobago.
- Important: The correct delivery fee will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the postal code you enter. To ensure accurate calculation, please enter the appropriate area code (A1, A2, A3, or A4) in the Postal Code Field. (See Map for details)
Small Appliances and Parts
- For your convenience, Reliable Appliance Parts and Service Ltd. has partnered with TTPOST to deliver packages weighing 25 lbs (11.3 kg) or less. A flat delivery fee of $50.00 will apply to these shipments.
Delivery Safety and Communication
- The safety of our delivery staff and your property is paramount. If a delivery area is deemed unsafe, you will be contacted to discuss and arrange alternative delivery options.
- A member of our delivery team will contact you before delivery to confirm all necessary details and any specific delivery requirements.
Delivery Charge Modifications
- Reliable Appliance Parts and Service Ltd. reserves the right to adjust delivery charges based on the specifics of the delivery (e.g., exceptional distance, difficult access). Any such changes will be communicated to you before delivery.
Additional Services
- Installation and old appliance removal services are available at an additional cost. If you are interested in these services, please email our logistics department at logisticsorders.reliable@gmail.com after your purchase has been processed. Please allow time for a response, as inquiries will only be addressed after order processing.
Delivery Acceptance and Damages
- Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your items for any damage. If any damage is observed, please notify our delivery team immediately and call 718-1574.
- Important: No claims for damages will be honored after you have received and signed for the delivery.
Pick-Up Policy
- Please note that we do not offer in-store or warehouse pick-up for online orders. All orders must be delivered.
