Delivery Guide
All orders are subject to product availability. Customers will be refunded if an item is not in stock at the time that their delivery is due to be made.
Deliveries are estimated to be made within seven (7) working days after the sale is processed. This does not include Sundays and Public Holidays.
Large Appliances
- Reliable Appliance Parts and Service Ltd. has identified five regions on the map (Area 1 to Area 5) with specific delivery charges.
- Customers should choose the region which accurately represents the delivery address. We deliver to only addresses within Trinidad and Tobago.
Please note: The correct delivery fee is charged on the checkout page using the postal code field. Simply enter A1, A2, A3, and A4, as the postal code.
Small Appliance and Parts
- Reliable Appliance Parts and Service Ltd has partnered with TTPOST to have packages (25 lbs or 11.3 kg) delivered to you for $50.00.
The safety of our staff and property is of utmost importance to Reliable. If the delivery to an area poses a threat you will be contacted, and alternative arrangements offered.
Someone from our delivery team will contact you to confirm delivery details and requirements before deliveries are made.
Reliable Appliance Parts and Service Ltd. reserves the right to modify our delivery charges based on the nature of the delivery. Any changes would be relayed to you upon contact.
Installation and old appliance removal services are available at an additional cost. Please email logisticsorders.reliable@gmail.com after your purchase has been processed to inquire about these services.
A reply would only be generated after your purchase has been processed.
If there are any damages upon delivery, please call 718-1574. No claims will be honoured after the unit has been received and signed for.
Please note that if the desired pick-up location does not have the goods ordered, you will be contacted and informed when they will become available at that location.
